GREELEY, Colo. — Police have arrested a 20-year-old man who they say has exposed himself to multiple children, including a family member and group at a birthday party in Greeley.

Weld County police are accusing Diamond Lucero of luring two children upstairs into a bedroom on Aug. 5, and sexually assaulting them during a party that was being thrown for his birthday. In addition to that, police said another child accused Lucero of exposing himself at the same party.

He was arrested on Aug. 17.

Lucero was previously convicted of aggravated incest on a female family member in 2005, making him a registered sex offender.

The charges filed against Lucero for this incident include second-degree kidnapping and two counts each of enticement of a child, sexual assault on a child and indecent exposure.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 4 and is being held on $500,000 bond.
