Reserve Signature Salad- Crisp Romaine Topped with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Red onion, 6 oz. Grilled Skirt Steak served Medium Rare and our House Made Lemon Basil Vinaigrette.

Lemon Basil Vinaigrette

1/4 c olive oil

2 T Lemon Juice

1 T orange juice

1/4 lemon zest

1/2 t Salt

1 T Honey

1/8 C chopped fresh basil

1 t White wine vinegar

1 6 oz. Flat iron Steak

1/8 C Blue Cheese Crumbles

1/2 Red onion Sliced into Rings

1 Head of Romaine
