COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A woman who answered the door while house sitting said the man she had a brief conversation with forced his way into the house and sexually assaulted her.

Colorado Springs Police said the attack was reported in the block of 2800 Tumblewood Grove on Wednesday. The woman, whose name was not released, told police that Darrell Hosten, 18, broke into the house she was looking after, assaulted her — both physically and sexually — then stole some of her personal belongings before fleeing.
