DENVER — The Denver Broncos begin training camp Thursday, with their first of 17 public practices slated to begin at Dove Valley around 8:50 a.m.

Typically the team’s 8:50-11:30 a.m. practices and 2:20-5 p.m. practices are available to the public. The team’s annual Spring Scrimmage will be held on Aug. 4. Gates will open at 3:30 p.m. and the scrimmage will begin at 5 p.m.

Below are three tips for our Chris Jose about how to make your training camp experience an enjoyable one. Below that, you can find the complete training camp schedule, as well as regulations from the team on everything from parking to camera use to concessions.

1) Come early: Practice doesn’t start until 8:50 a.m., but the first fans will be allowed in an hour before. Usually, people will line up well before 7:50 a.m. to be the first inside.

2) Best view: If you want a good look at all of the practice activities, near the 50-yard line is where you’ll have the best luck. It might also be a good idea to bring blanket with you because chairs are not allowed.

3) Autographs: Players will be designated by position group (WRs, DLs, DBs, etc.) to sign autographs for fans after each practice open to the public. All autographs will take place by the guest seating area located on the west end of the practice fields.
