MONTREAL — Police in Montreal, Quebec, Canada say a human head found in a park belongs to a Chinese student who they say was dismembered by a Canadian porn actor.

A police spokeswoman said Wednesday the head belonged to Jun Lin, who was murdered in May, according to the Associated Press.

Luka Magnotta is accused of dismembering his lover, Lin, and sending body parts to political parties and schools in Canada. He pleaded not guilty in June.

Magnotta was arrested in Germany after body parts started turning up in Canada.

The murdered man’s head was the only remaining missing body part until Sunday when detectives received a tip and found it in a park a few miles away from Magnotta’s apartment.
