Berry Yogurt Pops

Makes 4 large popsicles


½ -3/4 cup berries

¼ cup plain yogurt

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional)

 Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer. Enjoy once completely frozen.


 Banana Split Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

 1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon lite chocolate syrup

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Ice cubes

¼ cup crushed pineapple in juice (optional)

¼ cup strawberries (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth.


Lemony Yogurt Dip

1, 6 oz container plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

Juice from ½ lemon

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

 Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with your favorite fruit!
