Former Denver Broncos player arrested for domestic battery

CHICAGO – Former Denver Broncos player David Terrell is being held on a $10,000 bond for a domestic battery charge.

Terrell is accused of grabbing his girlfriend and threatening to throw her off a balcony at their Chicago high rise.

He was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

Terrell, 33, was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 2001 and later joined the Broncos, but he played only one game for the team.
