DENVER -- Now that Peyton Manning will be the starting quarterback for the Broncos, the big question remains: What will happen with Tim Tebow?

It was just a few months ago that Tebow Mania was in full swing.

Tebow had his critics, but his fans were rabid.

Tebowing became an international phenomenon. Even movie stars were doing it. And with his religious devotion, pastors were even wearing Tebow jerseys during church services.

But now it appears Tebow Time is over.

"I think the Broncos have decided to go a better way and are looking for a championship today," said Richard Staniszewski, a Broncos fan.

But not everyone is excited that Manning will be the quarterback. "I am really angry actually," said Andrea Yocher. "I think they should have stuck with Tebow and built a football team," said another Broncos fan.

"I think it's an insult to all the Tebowmaniacs in Denver," said Miles Baum. There is now a Twitter campaign called #FreeTebow, hoping to force John Elway into trading Tebow.

But Tebow fans say he is a keeper, and is a good role model. "I love Tim Tebow, and I think it's going to be hard if they trade him," said Kathy Ransdell.  "He gave our kids someone to look up to."
