DENVER — A dog that was rescued from a partially-frozen lake is back up for adoption.

Iceman, a white toy poodle, was pulled from Berkeley Lake on Denver’s west side last month after it fell through thin ice.

His original owner never claimed him. This week, the woman who adopted Iceman returned him to Denver Animal Control.

We’re told she couldn’t afford the dog.
