Chef Sean Finney from the Hard Rock Cafe shows us how to make a nice spring salad.

Smokehouse Chopped Salad

½ Cup of cooked Chicken

4 Cups of Chop Salad Mix (Mixture of Spring mix, iceberg and Romaine Lettuce)

3 TBL Spoons of chopped bacon

¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers

½ cup of Pico De Gallo

¼ cup Shredded Cheese

3 oz Smoked Honey Citrus Dressing

Sliced Avocado

2 TBL Spoon Chopped Candied Walnuts chopped,

1 TBL Spoon Fresh Chopped Cilantro

In a stainless steel mixing bowl mix cooked chicken, salad mix, bacon, peppers, pico,

cheese and dressing.  Using tongs gently toss until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Place the salad mixture into the bowl mounding the salad in the center and inside the rim.

Top chicken salad with sliced avocado, walnuts and cil
