    DENVER — A registered sex offender pleaded guilty last week on allegation he used a cellphone to take pictures up a woman’s skirt at a Broncos game, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said Tuesday. Jacob Magee, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of felony invasion of privacy for sexual gratification.     DENVER — Three RTD light rail lines were shut down because of a broken overhead electric line on Tuesday morning. The wire, which powers the trains, broke near Broadway and Interstate 25, disrupting the E, F and H lines between the Broadway and University stations, RTD said.     DENVER — A portion of South Lowell Boulevard collapsed after a water main broke Tuesday morning, Denver Water said. The 12-inch main broke about 6 a.m. at Lowell and West Greenwood Place in southwest Denver. Officials were on the road when the sinkhole formed. There were no injuries.     DENVER — The Colorado State House passed a bill Monday that will impose stricter penalties for people convicted of texting while driving.
