Celebrity trainer Jason Wimberly prides himself in entertaining his classes as the get their sweat on. He came to The Rebel Workout in Denver to share his 1,2,3 Stack Workout that starts with core, goes to strength training then ends with cardio. You can find all his classes at his Los Angeles gyms.
