Denver home prices up over 10 percent from 2016

DENVER — Home prices in Denver continued to soar in April.

According to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the average price of a single-family home reached almost $488,000, more than 10 percent from a year ago.

Home sales last month took a slight dip, going down about 0.74 percent from sales in March.
