10 pets rescued from mobile home fire in Federal Heights

FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — Ten pets were rescued after a mobile home caught fire Wednesday morning, the Federal Heights Fire Department said.

The fire broke out about 9 a.m. in a mobile home park at 9400 Elm Court.

In all, 10 dogs, cats and rabbits were rescued from the mobile home. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
