Crossbows recalled for firing unexpectedly

WASHINGTON — Carbon Express is recalling two crossbow models because they can suddenly fire when the safety is engaged.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the company has received one report of a crossbow firing unexpectedly, resulting in an injury.

The Carbon Express Blade crossbows in black (model 20292) and camouflage (model 20240) were sold between July and October.
