KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Longtime AFC West rivals the Kansas City Chiefs and the Oakland Raiders squared off in a game for first place on Thursday night at Arrowhead Stadium.

And there was hitting on and off the field.

A wild brawl broke out between fans of both teams and video was posted to Twitter. The brawl appeared to happen after the game, which the Chiefs won, 21-13, to take over first place in the AFC West.

About a dozen fans engaged in the fight over multiple rows of the stadium. Big haymaker punches were landed and several people careened down the row of seats after falling or getting punched.

Security eventually showed up but not before the damage was done.

The Raiders play the Broncos at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in the regular-season finale on Jan. 1.
