Police searching for suspect in Louisville bank robbery

LOUISVILLE, Colo. — Police are searching for a suspect who robbed the Bank of the West location in Louisville on Friday afternoon.

The Louisville Police Department said it happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday at the bank at 865 E. South Boulder Road.

The suspect is described as a white male with a medium build. He was wearing a dark-colored mask with a gray hoodie over a red shirt, black pants, and black gloves, police said.

Authorities said the suspect demanded money from a teller and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

There was no weapon involved and nobody was injured.
