Police: Man shoots ex-wife, her male friend before being shot in Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. — Three people were shot in an incident that started as a domestic incident late Wednesday night, the Pueblo Police Department said.

Officers responded about 11 p.m. to the 1600 block of East Fourth Street.

Police said a woman was shot by her ex-husband after he entered the home. A male friend of the ex-husband was also shot. Police said the ex-husband was also shot but did not say who shot him.

The woman and her ex-husband were taken to a Denver hospital in unknown conditions. The male friend was treated at a Pueblo hospital, police said.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
