Michigan sends message of support to rival Ohio State during attack

COLUMBUS, Ohio — On Saturday, Michigan and Ohio State met in one of the fiercest rivalries in college sports. Second-ranked Ohio State beat No. 3 Michigan, 30-27, in double overtime in the 112th meeting of “The Game.”

On Monday, 10 people were injured during an attack on Ohio State University’s campus.

Police said a suspect hit people with his vehicle, then began stabbing others with a butcher knife. Officers shot and killed the suspect.

While students were under lockdown on the Ohio State campus, Michigan sent out a short, but touching message.
