Multiple street closures ahead for Denver

DENVER ­— Denver Public Works said there will be multiple lane closures in Denver.

Northbound Speer from Seventh to 10th : From Friday to Tuesday, there will be lane closures along northbound Speer Boulevard from Seventh Avenue to 10th Avenue for private construction. Crews will work from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the weekend.

Court Place Downtown: Utility work continues along Court Place from 15th to 17th streets. The lane closures will be in place until Wednesday.

Stout from 14th to 17th: Stout Street will be closed from 14th to 17th streets fro 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday for private construction.

Southbound Speer from Champa to Stout: On Sunday, southbound Speer Boulevard will be closed from Champa to Stout streets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for light rail work.

17th from Glenarm to Tremont: 17th Street will be closed from Glenarm to Tremont streets from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday for private construction.

Broadway from Alameda to Dakota: From Monday to Wednesday, there will be a lane closure on Broadway from Alameda to Dakota avenues. This work, for private construction, will also require a temporary closure of the Broadway Bikeway Study. Crews will work from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.

Broadway from Champa to 20th, Stout from 18th to Broadway: Drivers should anticipate lane closures on Broadway from Champa Street to 20th Street and on Stout Street from 18th Street to Broadway, beginning Monday at 6 a.m. The lane closures will be in place along both stretches until Wednesday.

19th from Wazee to Blake: From Monday to Wednesday, 19th Street will be closed from Wazee to Blake streets for private construction. Crews will work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Denver Public Works said all work is weather dependent and subject to change.
