ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Broncos linebacker Von Miller is reportedly trying to block a woman from releasing a video of them having sex. He says Elizabeth Ruiz is trying to blackmail him by demanding money.
According to court records, Ruiz recorded the encounter with her cellphone and "offered it to Miller for $2.5 million."

Ruiz has 319,000 followers on her Instagram account, which primarily features photos of herself in swimsuits or lingerie.
The sex tape was allegedly recorded several months ago while the Super Bowl 50 MVP was vacationing in Mexico, according to court documents.
The documents say Ruiz contacted TMZ and a "widely known 'sex tape broker'" to try to sell the recording.
Last week, lawyers petitioned a judge in Los Angeles to bar Ruiz from "selling or commercially exploiting the tape."
The court document lists the plaintiff as "Doe," but goes on to describe him as someone who is "widely recognized as the world's best at his job."
"His ability to benefit from his fame depends on the appeal of his persona to many different people from virtually all walks of life, including families and children. He cannot count on this appeal if Ruiz exposes images of him in the most intimate of physical acts between a man and woman, done in private and intended to remain private.
"Ruiz has not achieved a similar level of success in her chosen career path, but she desperately craves fame and fortune. She is willing to betray Plaintiff's trust and to shame and humiliate him to achieve her craven aims. Ruiz herself has stated that she wants 'to be the next Kim Kardashian' and hopes to be catapulted to fame and fortune with a sex tape at Plaintiff's expense and without his permission."
The document said Miller called Ruiz after the encounter and reminded her “he did not want anyone to see the recording and asked Ruiz to erase the recording.”
Ruiz responded, “Gotcha,” the document said.
The Broncos said they have no comment.
