DENVER -- A man accused of using his cellphone to take photos up a woman’s skirt at a Broncos game has been charged, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said Monday.

Jacob Magee, 32, has been charged with one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, the DA's office said.

Magee allegedly took the photos just before the Broncos played the San Diego Chargers at Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Oct. 30.

Magee was confronted by the woman, then fled the scene. Magee is a registered sex offender in Lafayette, officials said.

Officials said Magee has been released on a $2,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 15.
