After dominating the cookie aisle, Oreo is heading to the candy aisle.
The Oreo Chocolate Candy Bar and Oreo Big Crunch Bar will be released to select retails immediately and will be sold everywhere by January.
Oreo’s new candy bars hit the shelves in Europe last year, according to Eater. They were such a success that the company decided to bring them stateside.
According to people who have tried the new treats, they are “surprisingly addictive, almost like eating Oreo cookies with milk — almost.”
“They aren’t too sweet and the cookie maintains its crunch,” Eater reports.
Oreo’s Chocolate Candy Bar is reportedly made up with a layer of Oreo cream mixed with chocolate wafer bits and milk chocolate. They will be sold in three sizes and range in price from 98 cents to $1.79.
The Oreo Big Crunch Bar is made up of a layer of an Oreo cookie sandwiched by Oreo cream and milk chocolate on both sides. The bar will be 10.5 ounces (a regular Hersey bar is 1.55 ounces) and will sell for $4.99.
