LOS ANGELES — Peyton Manning might have retired from the NFL, but that doesn’t mean he’s lost his game.

The former Broncos quarterback and two-time Super Bowl champion has a new acting gig.

Manning has hosted “Saturday Night Live” and been in countless skits and commercials, and several shows, including “American Idol” and “The Simpsons.” He’s also appeared at awards shows and even emceed Comedy Central’s Roast of Rob Lowe.

But he has always appeared as himself.

Now he’ll be playing coach Gary in an episode of “Modern Family,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Sofia Vergara’s character, Gloria, hires coach Gary to help baby Joe learn to throw and catch.

“When coach Gary also starts doing things around the house, Jay (Ed O’Neill) is left feeling a bit emasculated,” THR said.

Vergara posted a photo of them all on set on her Instagram account Wednesday.

Just another day on the set of Modern Family😀😀😀
