PUELBO COUNTY, Colo. — A computer problem delayed vote counting in Pueblo County on Tuesday.
The server that holds a database that expands as people vote reached its limit, according to Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder Gilbert Ortiz.
The issue has been a problem on and off since 9:30 a.m., Ortiz said.
Ortiz said officials had to call the Secretary of State’s Office for a replacement server and won’t be able to count votes until it is in place.
People were able to vote, but officials haven’t been able to count the ballots.
