Serving Those Who Serve builds on the stories FOX31 has been telling for years and shines a spotlight on our military and their families. We are excited to be the official media sponsor of the Colorado Veterans Project and are excited about supporting these Veterans Day traditions.

The weekend events will begin on Saturday with a parade emceed by FOX31’s own Jeremy Hubbard that will showcase uniforms, vehicles, and veterans from different war eras. The parade will begin at 10 am and will start at 14th St. & W. Colfax Ave. Following the parade, a festival will be held at Civic Center Park and will include music, food trucks, vendors, and various activities.

Colorado Veterans Project will also be putting on Denver’s largest Veterans Day Run on Sunday. The run features a 5k or 10k option and is set to take place in beautiful City Park. Participants are encouraged to pre-register by November 7th. Click here for more details
