Daybreak Delights: Candy Bar-Bars!

Chef David Bondarchuck from Scratch Catering Services shows us how to make Candy Bar-Bars!

 

What you Need

6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

12 Ounce Bag of Mini Marshmallows

1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt

4 Cups Chopped (Chocolate Halloween Candy Bars)

*I used all Original Snickers for the TV appearance

5 Cups Cheerios, measured and set aside

3 Cups Chocolate Chips, measured and set aside

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

What to Do

In a large Glass bowl Melt Butter, marshmallows and salt together in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until all melted and combined.

Add the pre-measured Cereal and Chopped Candy Bars to the melted mixture, and then press the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 baking pan.

Then in another glass bowl melt the chocolate chips and Peanut butter together, in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until all melted and combined.

Pour the Chocolate Mixture over the top of the bar mixture in the pan. Allow the Chocolate To set before attempting to cut the mixture into bars.

Cut the bars into the desired sizes and Enjoy!
