STANFORD, Calif. — After a 10-5 win over Stanford on Saturday, the Colorado Buffaloes football team celebrated with In-N-Out Burger.

With the win, the Buffaloes became eligible for a bowl game for the first time since 2007.

But, possibly a bigger reward, came when CU coach Mike MacIntyre followed through on his promise to buy the team In-N-Out Burger if it won.

“Coach Mike MacIntyre promised In-N-Out to the team when we won! He delivered,” CU co-offensive coordinator Darrin Chiaverini said in a tweet.

A well-deserved reward indeed.

The Buffaloes beat Stanford 10-5 at Stanford Stadium. It’s the first time since 1990 the Buffaloes have taken down Stanford.

With the win, the Buffaloes stayed tied for first place in the Pac-12 South Division at 4-1 and 6-2 overall.
