We’ve heard is before, lifting weights makes women bulky, un-attractive or more like men, but that doesn’t have to be the case. Folks from the Rebel Workout stopped in with our fitness gal, Joana Canals, to show us their Miss-Fits program, a four week women’s weightlifting program.
