2 injured in shooting on South Federal Boulevard

DENVER — Two people were injured in an early-morning shooting Monday, the Denver Police Department said.

The shooting happened just before 6 a.m. in the 2600 block of South Federal Boulevard, between West Yale Avenue and West Vassar Avenue.

The extent of the injuries to the victims is not known.

Police have not released any suspect information or any possible vehicle that could be tied to the shooting, only saying the investigation is active and ongoing.

Police have not said what led to the shooting.
