Suspects sought after armed carjacking in Aurora

AURORA, Colo. -- Two suspects are being searched after an armed carjacking on Sunday night, the Aurora Police Department said.

Police said a gold Toyota Corolla at an RTD lot in the 4000 block of South Dallas Street was carjacked about 6 p.m.

Police said the victim was held at gunpoint before the suspects stole the vehicle and left. The vehicle has Colorado license plates of 878-STG.

Police describe one suspect as a Hispanic male about 20 years old. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and jeans. The other suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a gray shirt.

Anyone who sees the suspects is asked not to approach them and instead call 911.
