Charcoal roasted Colorado striploin / palisade peach / bloomsdale spinach salad
4 four oz portions of striploin
2 T olive oil
2 T steak seasoning
- Brush steak with oil then rub seasoning on steaks , then grill until preferred doneness.
8 oz spinach , torn by hand
1 hardboiled egg , crumbled
3 oz bacon vinaigrette
1 oz pickled onion
1 peach cut into 8th’s
- Toss salad well, divide on 4 plates, then place steak on salad.. enjoy!!
