BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — A tanker rolled over on Tuesday, forcing the Diagonal Highway/Highway 119 north of Boulder to close, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said.
The tanker was hauling an oil product when it overturned in the northbound lanes before noon.
All northbound lanes were closed at Jay Road and the sheriff’s office said it could take several hours for crews to clean up the accident.
There is no word if there are any injuries. It’s not known if any other vehicles were involved.
The name, age and gender of the driver of the truck have not been released.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
