DENVER — Several Frontier Airlines flights scheduled to depart Denver International Airport were delayed Monday morning from 20 minutes to more than eight hours.
At least 18 of the scheduled departures on Monday morning were delayed and one flight was canceled. Earlier flights were delayed by about a half-hour but later in the morning, delays pushed closer to 90 minutes.
A flight to Kansas City, Mo., was scheduled for 10:15 a.m. but had been pushed back to 6:23 p.m., according to FlyDenver.com.
Afternoon and evening flights were being shown as being on time as of 12:30 p.m., but it’s unclear if that will change.
Lines were long at the Frontier ticket counter at the airport as passengers sought information about their flights.
