Emmanuel Sanders agrees to 3-year contract extension with Broncos

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos signed receiver Emmanuel Saunders to a three-year contract extension Wednesday, the team announced.

The extension is worth a reported $33 million with $27 million guaranteed. This is Sanders’ seventh season in the NFL. He joined the Broncos in 2014.

He had 1,135 receiving yards with the Broncos last season and 1,404 in 2014. He’s also had 11 100-yard games along with 15 touchdowns and 26 catches of 25 yards or more during that time span.

Sanders earned his first selection to the Pro Bowl for his performance during the 2014 season.
