Man shot, killed early Saturday at Player’s Club

A man was shot and killed at the Player's Club early Saturday morning.

DENVER, Colo. — A man was shot and killed early Saturday morning at a strip club in Denver, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

It happened at the Player’s Club at 6710 Federal Blvd, when the Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of shots fired at the club.

Upon arrival, deputies found an adult male with gunshot wounds. That male was transported to an area hospital and was later pronounced dead.

He has not yet been identified by authorities.

During the investigation, the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and the Adams County Sheriff’s Office found that the party responsible for firing the shot was an employee by the club.

The details leading up to the shooting have not yet been released.
