Five arrested in cocaine, methamphetamine trafficking sting

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — At least five people were arrested after the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office Impact Team and the Drug Enforcement Administration served warrants in the metro area Tuesday morning.

The DEA said the arrests were tied to a long-term cocaine and methamphetamine trafficking investigation.

Law enforcement from the sheriff’s office, and the Denver, Lakewood, Littleton and Englewood police departments were involved in serving the warrants.

The DEA said more arrests will be made Tuesday throughout the metro area.
