COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — A short chase ended in a crash involving a stolen vehicle on Saturday, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office said.

A deputy tried to pull over a driver who was suspected of being in the stolen vehicle, but he took off near the intersection of East 69th Avenue and Dahlia Street, the sheriff’s office said.

The driver only made it three blocks before losing control while trying to make a turn at East 72nd Avenue and Dahlia, hitting another vehicle.

No one was injured, but the 17-year-old driver of the stolen car was arrested.
