-1 TBS chopped pecans

-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1 cup spinach

-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-handful of ice

-1/2 avacado

-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1 cup spinach

-handful of ice

 

 

Berry Shake

-1 TBS almond butter

-1 cup spinach
