Sean Crumpler appeared in court on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016.

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — The man accused of housing up to a dozen gay runaways in Aurora, some of them underage, in exchange for sex will be tested for HIV on Tuesday, an Arapahoe County judge ruled Monday.

The judge signed the order to give permission to prosecutors to have Sean Crumpler tested.

Previous court documents have suggested Crumpler is HIV positive, but investigators won’t say if they believe Crumpler  infected any of his alleged victims.

The 49-year old appeared in court on Monday morning for an arraignment that was continued until May 2.

Prosecutors previously said Crumpler never used protection even though witnesses told police that orgies were common at his rental house in Aurora.

Detectives believe about a dozen men ages 16 to 21 were living at the house, getting alcohol, drugs, iPhones and clothes in exchange for sex.
