He’s wanted on a felony arrest warrant for sexual assault on a child in a position of trust, kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

He’s believed to be driving a light green 2007 Toyota Rav4 with Missouri license plate WH9K2U. The vehicle has rear damage and expired license plates (November 2015).

Fechtler’s victim is described as a white female, 5-foot-3, 120 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Police think he’s heading to one of the following cities in Missouri: St. Joseph, Darlington or Kingston.

Police said Thursday they have received tips from Kansas and Missouri.

There are nationwide law enforcement bulletins that have been sent out and police believe Fechtler has left Colorado, though there is no evidence that indicates he is hiding in the state.
