The Countdown Champagne Punch
½ oz Grand Marnier
3 oz sparkling wine
3 oz ginger ale
Garnish with frozen cranberries and basil leaf
Four Seasons Fizz
1 Tablespoon cranberry jam
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 ½ oz gin
1 oz simple syrup
Shake ingredients and pour into a sugared rim high ball glass over ice.
Carefully top with sparking wine.
Garnish with lemon wheel, cranberries and mint sprig.
The Masquerade Mule
½oz simple syrup
½ oz cranberry juice
1 ½ oz vodka
Top with ginger beer.
Squeeze of orange wedge.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and sugared cranberries.
