FALCON, Colo.  — El Paso County police were searching for an at-risk senior who went missing on Monday morning.

Samuel August Leffler, age 76, has Alzheimer’s and Diabetes. He requires medication and needs oxygen machine.

He was last seen in the Falcon area and because of his condition he can get confused and lost very easily.

Police said he could be driving a 2002 beige Dodge passenger van with Colorado License Plate 278-GBZ. The van reportedly has a dent on right rear fender.

Leffler was described as 6-feet-2 inches tall, weighing around 255 pounds and has grey hair and green eyes.

He was last seen wearing and orange hunting hat and a tan jacket.
