CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- We knew when the Denver Broncos teamed up with UCHealth, there would be days like this. Sunday, during the New England Patriots match, fans will be asked to put on a sticky, orange mustache at the two-mintue warning of the first half, all in the name of bringing awareness to men’s health issues.

“We want to break the Guinness World Record for the largest number of people wearing fake mustaches in the same location. Where better than S/A Field at Mile High,” said Manny Rodriguez with UCHealth.

As most know, many men grew mustaches and or beards during the month to raise awareness, this attempt will come as many, like this reporter, will trim away the facial hair.

But shaving off the stubble should not erase the effort to get men more excited about going in for regular check-ups every year. We care about skis, cars and toys, why not our health?
