GOLDEN, Colo. -- Three witnesses helped officials track down the driver in a hit-and-run rollover on Interstate 70 on Friday morning, the Colorado State Patrol said.

Officials said the crash was part of a possible road rage incident about 8 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-70 at the Lookout Mountain Road exit.

CSP said three witnesses notified authorities to provide the license plate of a red Toyota Rav 4 that allegedly pushed into the victim's vehicle, causing it to roll, then continued eastbound.

CSP said after the witnesses reported the license plate, authorities were able to run it and contacted the driver at work.

The driver in the vehicle that rolled over suffered only minor injuries.
