ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK. Colo. — The body of a man that was discovered in a tent at a backcountry camping site on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park on Saturday has been identified, officials said.
The victim’s body was removed on Sunday by park staff and Grand County Search and Rescue.
He was identified Tuesday as 39-year-old Robert Iversen of St. Louis, the Grand County Coroner’s Office said.
The cause of death has not been determined and remains under investigation.
