House hunters excited now that Parade of Homes is open

DENVER -- For 29 years , Denver’s Parade of Homes has been inspiring and wowing visitors with beautiful chateaus throughout the Denver metro area.  Thursday kicked off the 30th year and crowds of more than 100,000 over the next few weeks are expected.

Twenty-seven builders are showcasing brand new homes in 22 neighborhoods around Denver and will be offering something for just about everyone.

All homes on the tour are up for grabs and range from $244,000 to $2.2 million.

People come to get design ideas and/or are looking to buy.

The tour is also a great way for house hunters to explore different neighborhoods.  It’s free to tour and it runs through Labor Day.  Champagne not included.
