DENVER -- Colorado veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder will be able to get free marijuana products during a special giveaway Saturday in Denver.

Several veterans say marijuana is effective and less addictive than other painkillers.

On July 15, the Colorado Board of Health rejected medical marijuana to treat PTSD.

Saturday’s event will be held at 3461 Ringsby Court from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
