New policy: Denver police cannot shoot at moving vehicles being used as weapons against them

DENVER -- Denver police officers can no longer shoot at moving vehicles that being used as a weapon against them.

Police Chief Robert White made the policy change this week.

He also wants better training on how to deal with suspects getting away in cars.
