Man suspected of entering home as woman showered sought by Boulder police

BOULDER, Colo. -- The Boulder Police Department is seeking a man who is suspected of trying to enter a home through a bathroom window while a woman was taking a shower earlier this month.

The incident happened about 9:30 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 800 block of 19th Street. Police say a roommate of the woman saw someone walking outside her room as well. A male resident confronted the man outside but he fled.

The suspect is described as white, 25 to 30 years old and about 6-foot with a slim build. He has blonde dreadlock hair and scruffy blonde facial hair. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and "very colorful hippie pants."
